Each individual may hold only one registered account on pkr360. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr360 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to a user's failure to secure their account details.
All account balances and transactions on pkr360 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred through their chosen payment method.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and PKR360 (hereinafter "pkr360", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr360 website located at https://pkr360.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, "the Services").

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; (b) you have satisfied yourself that your use of the Services is lawful under the laws applicable in your location; and (c) you are not accessing the platform for commercial purposes on behalf of a business entity without express written authorisation from pkr360.

You represent and warrant that you are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You confirm that you are not knowingly subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or compulsory, that would restrict your participation in online gambling.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on pkr360. The operation of multiple accounts, whether registered under the same identity, shared device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. pkr360 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently retain any balances held therein.
When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify pkr360 of any changes promptly.
pkr360 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time at the operator's reasonable discretion. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani Users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. Additional documentation, such as proof of address, source-of-funds verification, or a selfie/liveness check, may be required in specific circumstances.
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the platform's secure HTTPS-protected verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted channels, third-party chat applications, or email. pkr360 will never request password information through any channel.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password for your pkr360 account; (b) enable two-factor authentication where available; (c) not share your login credentials with any third party; and (d) immediately notify pkr360 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pkr360 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, and transaction records on pkr360 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges that may be levied by their chosen payment provider or banking institution.
Available payment methods are displayed in the platform's live cashier section and may vary by region, account status, and payment-provider availability. The mention of payment references on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — is for contextual familiarity only and does not imply that any of these providers endorse, support, or affiliate with gambling operations. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider processes gambling-related transactions under the provider's own terms.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits used to trigger promotional offers are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the name on the withdrawal method matching the registered account name; (d) the account being in good standing with no pending compliance reviews; and (e) compliance with applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. pkr360 makes no guarantee of specific processing timeframes, which depend on internal review queue and payment provider processing times.
pkr360 reserves the right to reverse, void, or withhold funds associated with deposits or withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, payment system abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where required by applicable law or operator policy, suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.
Promotional offers on pkr360 are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires a valid registered account in good standing, compliance with these Terms, and satisfaction of any qualifying deposit conditions. pkr360 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to 30x wagering requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus or winnings derived from it become withdrawable). The applicable multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
While bonus wagering is active, a maximum per-bet or per-spin stake limit applies. The specific maximum bet limit is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the platform's bonus terms. Playing games with lower contribution rates will extend the time required to satisfy wagering. It is the User's responsibility to review game-contribution rates before playing with active bonus funds.
Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual offer's terms. Bonus balances and accrued winnings not subject to a completed wagering requirement at expiry are forfeited automatically.
pkr360 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a promotion has been abused, exploited through systematic play patterns, claimed in breach of eligibility criteria, or claimed in coordination with other accounts for fraudulent purposes.
All PKR figures used in bonus examples across the platform are illustrative only. Actual promotion values, wagering multipliers, and terms are governed by the specific terms published for each individual offer at the time of claiming.
Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC, and other events are made available by the operator and are subject to individual market rules published within the platform. Settlement of bets is final once confirmed by the operator's system. Bets placed after an event has commenced in a market not offered for live/in-play betting may be void at the operator's discretion.
Live dealer games, table games, and slot games are governed by the rules and mechanics of the individual game as presented within the game environment. Malfunction of software or hardware voids all affected game rounds and any associated stakes or payouts. The operator's decision regarding malfunctions is final.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or transaction, you must contact pkr360 support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. The operator's decision following review is final, subject to any applicable escalation process.

pkr360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; provision of false information; or at the request of relevant regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting pkr360 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be resolved, and eligible real-money balances will be returned to the User via a verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and compliance review.
Accounts with no recorded login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The operator reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts or to close them, as specified in the dormant account policy published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In summary: personal data submitted during registration and KYC is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service delivery. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data handling operates under the security and privacy standards described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights in respect of your personal data as set out therein.
pkr360 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
