pkr360 collects personal data through a number of channels. The categories of data collected and the circumstances in which they are gathered are described below.
pkr360 does not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required for KYC, fraud prevention, and AML compliance purposes. We do not collect religious, political, health, or biometric data beyond the liveness check that may form part of the identity verification flow.
pkr360 processes personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases, depending on the nature and purpose of the processing activity:

pkr360 uses personal data collected from Users for the following purposes:
We process registration data to create and maintain your account, authenticate your identity on login, process deposits and withdrawals, record gaming and betting activity, credit bonuses and promotions, and provide account history and statements. Without this processing, the core Services cannot be delivered.
KYC data — including CNIC or passport copies and any supplementary documents — is processed to verify your identity and age before withdrawal processing, to satisfy AML obligations, and to investigate suspicious account activity. Documents submitted for KYC are processed exclusively through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never submit sensitive documents through unsecured channels. pkr360 will not request password information through any channel under any circumstances.
Technical and usage data, including IP addresses, device identifiers, and transaction patterns, is analysed to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, payment fraud, money laundering, and abuse of promotional offers. This processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests in protecting the platform and its users.
Gaming activity and account-behaviour data is used to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling and to enforce responsible-gambling tools set by the User (such as deposit limits, loss limits, time controls, and self-exclusion). pkr360 may proactively contact a User where activity patterns suggest potential harm.
Communications submitted to support, including account queries, complaints, and technical issues, are processed to respond to and resolve your request and to maintain a record of support interactions for quality and compliance purposes.
Aggregated and anonymised usage data is analysed to understand how Users interact with the platform, identify technical issues, and improve navigation, performance, and content. This analysis does not identify individual users.
Where you have opted in to receive promotional communications, your email address may be used to send offers, updates, and platform announcements. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email received. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the platform or the processing of your data for other lawful purposes.
pkr360 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data may be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:
pkr360 engages third-party service providers to support platform operations, including payment-processing intermediaries, identity-verification service providers, IT infrastructure and hosting providers, fraud-detection services, and customer-support tools. These providers process personal data only on pkr360's documented instructions and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
pkr360 may disclose personal data to law-enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other governmental bodies where required by applicable law, a valid court order, or in response to a lawful request. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, personal data held by pkr360 may be transferred to a successor entity as part of that transaction. Users will be notified of any such transfer and of any changes to data-processing arrangements that may result.
We may disclose personal data where we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of pkr360, its users, or the public — including sharing information with other organisations for fraud-prevention purposes.
Payment Reference Clarification: The mention of familiar Pakistan payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah in the context of payment processing is for operational context only. pkr360 does not disclose user financial data to these providers beyond what is technically necessary to process a specific transaction, and in no case implies these providers endorse or support gambling operations.
pkr360 may store and process personal data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where personal data is transferred to countries or territories that may not have data-protection standards equivalent to those in the user's home jurisdiction, pkr360 implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that personal data continues to be protected to an adequate standard.

pkr360 is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account or submitted personal data to the platform, that account will be immediately closed and the data permanently deleted.
